<NRGN> Well I didn't comment mostly because I got hurt by the timing and I was too busy cursing. <g> In the process of cleaning out all loss positions ahead of year end, I managed to sell much of my long-held NRGN position just ahead of the deal. So I am left with only a very small position in a tax-free account. I can't even re-enter for a while because of the wash-sale rules, so I figure I'll take another look in a month or so. Peter
