dear sam the question is important for two reasons. 1. 2 million dollars in a floorless opportunity could be huge ($2 illion time 1/32th). and by the way...just because they settled with one holder does not imply that the others will follow suit. 2. more unsettling to me is what the company is saying to us, the shareholders. razor...we suggested that joe call the company, well this news release was from sexton. he says that there were 5 million issued. maybe i am way off base here...but inquiring minds want to know. joe where are you...we must continue with the quest... dave u
