he cannot disrupt Bill and Hillary Organization unless he wins Presidency.

The day he is nominated, he takes over the party organization. I am sure he wants his own team running things. This means the Clinton crowd is out. They, of course, will immediately suck up to stay in power and some sort of compromise will be reached.

But Dean needs the drawing power of the Clintons, both for money and following. If he loses, the struggle will then go on for control of the party. The bigger his loss, the easier for the Clintons to regain control.
