LSG wanted a deal with BAN cecause of the 1km rule... if the zones on Holmer's property extend into the BAN property, Lakeshore's deal is 60% but Holmer gets 50% of that. Anything within 1 km Holmer gets 30% of whatever is there within that kilometer. Same goes with any other adjoining property...Holmer has all rights within 1 km. .
