Zurowski as a director of the company, effective Dec. 3, 2003. He is also a member of the audit committee, together with A. George Matthew and Richard B. German. Mr. Zurowski is a graduate of the University of Toronto in geological engineering, and is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in exploration and mineral development, both in Canada and internationally.
