The same way you stop any murderous thug, mad dog or invasive weed. Eradication by the most efficient means available. Unfortunately there is no Roundup for Jihadists (who, by definition have declared war on civilization) so we will have to use laws, security guards and soldiers with guns (and planes, tanks, humvees, etc) i.e. WAR. The best thing the average American citizen can do in this war is to support Bush by voting GOP next November.
