hello Dave - while I agree that you ve legitimate concerns, but I would also like to suggest you reread the 10K. As Sam has pointed out, $7M for the year of 96 and $5M between Dec 20, 96 and Jan 20, 97 are not inherent contradictory. Ambiguous? Yes. Credibility? Well... The thing is that some people are satisfied with the co's action and some, like yourself, are yet to get that warm & fuzzy feeling, maybe the inquiring minds want to help out and call the co themselves. In that case, they can get the answer DIRECTLY from the horse's mouth. Wouldn't that be even better than relying on a Razor or a Joe? <of course, JMHO> rgds Bosco
