I stand corrected, "all time low" is extreme and inaccurate. I don't know anything about dual-citizenship, it sounds like an oxymoron to me. What about Jose Padilla? Are his rights as a US citizen being violated? A lot of people seem to be vigilantes at heart and think they can be judge, jury, and executioner just from something they hear in the press. If our judicial works for us then why shouldn't we extend it to the prisoners of countries we invade? If they're really guilty of something then their guilt should withstand having a reasonable legal defense. I seriously question their guilt as it seems to me that Bush and his cronies are desperate to make a case that they know wouldn't hold up in any US court.
