There are two possibilities: either the people come to do the job in the US, thus replenishing the population, or the jobs go overseas. A few call back centers in Wyoming wouldn't hurt :-)

Our client are looking for an experienced Siemens Project Manager. To be considered for this position you must have experience in the following..Management and co-ordination of all service and operation related topics in the Siemens office. Supervise installation, commissioning, acceptance and documentation milestones Quality assurance procedures as per Service Quality Plan Observation of Deadlines Co-ordination of commercial matters with the local commercial colleague (SKPL). Economic utilisation of the resources (Personnel, Cars, Tools, Test Equipment etc.) Local customer Interface.
