SPPI Has closed most of its September 22 Upgap and now seems ready to try starting an uptrend.<g>

The nearest resistance is the December 1 H at 6.92 but the major resistance is at the 7.85 level. On a close above 7.85 the stock may be able to retest its September H around 10.37 <g>

In spite of lower revenues for the Sept.Q (1M vs 2M)the loss was $0.29 vs. the $0.62 in 2002

In September they raised 20M with a series E convertible prefered. The loss for the Dec.Q in 2002 was $1.07 and it seems likely that it should be much less this year.<g>

On Monday they announced the signing of a marketing and supply agreement with FDC, which will manufacture generic drug in India, and SPPI will try to obtain approval, marketing and distribution of the drugs in the US.

I am placing SPPI on a watch list, as it seems interesting.<g>
