The "speculators" and more importantly the brokers who prey upon them would not allow this to be diminished. Everybody wants to believe that they can make a living hitting a few keystrokes and this is in the best interests of those with the power to impose any rule changes.....Besides those who actually succeed at this best of all fantasies are so few and far between that no one cares about us.%^)
