There are billion of cows and they keep making more by the thousands this is spoiling the environment and the Bushistas in yet another miracle of bait & switch flim flam propose a $3 Trillion program to be run as a covert op by private industry beyond GAO or CBO oversight which will perform the necessary rewriting of the basic laws of science, faith based research and creationist development of centralized bovine methane collection facilities which will convert the U.S. from a petroleum based economy to one based on FARTS, Federalized Ante-Rapture Termination Science.
