Rule 1 of forecasting: don't;
Rule 2: If must, then give target without date, or better still, date without target, as in '12/03 will happen, right after 11/03, but before 1/04';
Rule 3: If still must, do so with sense of humor.
You have succeeded on 2 and 3.
I hope you are half right, as in 12/03 will happen, but am fully, absolutely, remorselessly prepared for you to be totally wrong, by 5,000-10,000 points on the former, and 1,500-2,100 points on the latter.>>
