No problem. We just inflate those debts away...which has always worked in the past. But, the guy at Contrary Investor thinks it might be different this time, and I think he has an interesting argument. This process has always depended, to some extent, on the simultanous inflation of wages. But with the globalization of labor, the wage inflation part of the process isn't going to be so easy this time.
