I assume the first thing they think of when closing a base are the families.

The overseas ones are going to bases with no families. Big cost saving. But they have to rotate the troops every year. Here in the States we are looking at another round of base closing. And it is going to be a bitch. Congress goes nuts.

They need to ban Marriages during the first hitch. But they can't get away with it.
