Even if it goes to trial in September, you won't get a decision until sometime next year---unless one side or the other gets a summary judgment. However (and I speak as a retired lawyer), RSYS will never let this go to trial if there's anything to the allegations that the books were cooked and inventory was misstated. Management would have too much to lose, and it would also open up the record for the SEC.

In other words, if this trial ever begins, we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief.
