Again, you are quite wrong. The very segment of the State of the Union I drew from disavows the idea of imminent risk, and, as I have said all along, articulates the idea of inevitable risk. The point was that the pursuit of inspections was futile, and that since we were going to have to enforce the UN directives when push came to shove, we should not be forced into Saddam's timetable, which would have caused us to wage a campaign in full gear during the summer. It was time to finish the business..........
