Hi,

I received a notice from my broker firm on the LUCENT
purchase of OCTEL, I did not read it through yet, and i suppose to
sign saying yes or no on the offer, and return to them, does anyone
know on this puchase, a shareholder need to sign any sort of
agreement ? Does the payment happen automatically after the
purchase is complete and at price $31 ?

I payed commission to buy this stock, do I need to pay if I get
after the purchase complete @ $31 ?

Thanks for any advise.
