Basically ensuring that anyone who would want to take it over at this point would have to pay at least $6 for the rights to preferred shares, as I read it. So nobody would do it soon. Even then, it would be hard to assemble those shares. They could easily get a list of shareholder names two years from now, but names of those 2 years prior? The "Nasdaq quotation system" is how OTC/BB shares are quoted, not the exchange itself. But OTC companies just love to work the term "Nasdaq" into press releases wherever possible.
