Kellog brown & root get contracts to rebuild Iraq. Contracts were not put out to bid, but were AWARDED. KBR is a subsidiary of Halliburton...Cheney was/is CEO of Halliburton. Subcontracts go to Bechtal & other campaignng contributors. A true democracy???????.......Give me a break!!!!!:O) Idi Amin looks good compared to this Administration.:o)
