Hong Kong is not the same. Many people have noticed that economically it took a dive after China took over, even with the limited takeover. Jay's mates have noticed it up close and personal. Meanwhile, Taiwan carries on. China doesn't want to know what people think. Knowing what people think is NOT a good idea for such people as the bosses of China. nytimes.com Mqurice
