The ONLY one that has raised payroll taxes is REAGAN and they have NEVER been cut since then....so much for trickle down....more like peed upon by the rich.....funny how THEIR payment gets cut off at a number that allows them to escape taxes for most of their income. while those who don't make $70 grand (or whatever the exact number is)have to pay tax on 100% of their lower income...... of course the fed employees don't have to pay squat nor do the members of Congress...fancy that..... wonder why Bushkee didn't lower THOSE TAXES.......because they don't apply to his BUDDIES WITH MONEY! CC
