Yes, but only if you look at history over an approx 55 year timeframe. Look at the history of that land over the last few thousand years Kumar when it comes to war the only thing that matters to the combatants is the current conflict. History has proven over and over that humans do not learn from previous, completed, armed conflicts. And that includes India and Pakistan.
