The reasons for Dean to lock up the personal records are his to be known. The reason his campaign gave on CSPAN today was just as I reported. Bush also closed his personal records as Governor when he ram in 2000. Why do they do this? Flip flopping? You'll have to be specific if you want to debate. Flip flopping is what all politicians do as they search their hearts and the hearts of their constituency. There is not a politician who always gets it right, certainly not Kerry or Bush. Orca
