I don't need Lou Dobb's list, I already know who the companies are. The irony of it is that companies like Oracle and Intel received HUGE tax incentives to locate their operations in California... california then built roads and infrastructure to support these companies, and then when things started to improve they dumped entire operations to india. I think we should rescind any incentives these companies were given, force all companies over XXX WORLDWIDE employees to pay for healthcare for all workers and subcontractors (close that loophole) and make these guys contribute something or get out.

Most of the tech companies were actually funded indirectly with concepts that came from the US government or university system.
