You wrote:<font color=blue>"Saddam was not an imminent threat to the US."<font color=black>

You are typical of the Democrats who said that Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda were not threats to America prior to Sept 11, 2001, even though they had constantly attacked American interests around the world.

Saddam WAS an imminent threat, as he is still an imminent threat to our military in Iraq.

Saddam had more money, more soldiers, more military equipment, more access to biological and chemical weapons, more access to terrorist organizations, than did Al Qaeda.

We were in a constant warlike state with Iraq.

Even with that in consideration, you are saying that the much weaker Al Qaeda, who had far less resources than Saddam's Iraq, was more of an imminent threat.

Well...... Clinton made it possible for Al Qaeda to be able to attack us on Sept 11th. President Bush is going to make sure that Saddam didn't get the same chance.

You know what? Saddam never got the chance to attack us. Would you want to go back and give him another chance?
