A conversation with Ellias, who represents NAMX as a PR manager. He had thick Greek accent and sounded confident. In the beginning he was wishy washy and said he was tired from all the friggin calls. Following is what I heard from him. He also promised to send me a 15 page report via fax to my office. I have my employee standing by as we speak. "Total shares authorised is 100 mil , total outstanding is 50 mil and float is 7 to 8 mil. Insiders own heavy but could not tell me at what percentage. Here is the kicker Union Pacific deal is worth 50 walls and each wall cost 750,000 bucks to do survey according to Ellias. Bought 10,000 for hell of it. LOL If it works out I will Jkank and his Mrs on a Carrabean cruise.
