Complain to Mid-eastern terrorists about U.S. defense budget. Pres Clinton had already drastically downsized our military when Pres Bush was elected. He was only in office 9mos when terrorists triggered the need for stronger armed forces. Complain to those radicals--we would be happy to direct those funds to other programs but that's not possible as long as madmen incinerate innocent people. Complain to those who want to retain their 17th century lifestyles--they are the true enemies of a peaceful, thriving world. Direct your energies in their direction, not at a country that has always defended the average person & tried to help the downtrodden of the earth.
