It's a matter of money. We will only spread 200K worth of paper amongst family and friends, then we spit another 200K worth of shares out to the great unwashed. Anyone really qualifies if we like them in a warm and fuzzy way. The way we look at we are not selling anything, we are giving people an opportunity. So if you want an opportunity you can always get a hold of us @ mailto:echarters@sympatico.ca But the minimum by Hammurabai's edict is $5K of stock. Udderwise you have to wait for the IPO and pay double the price. EC<:-}
