Mom is home but feeble...gets mixed up a lot. I know you are getting the gold bug. Go ahead and buy some more of the stuff. Look at it chart over the last 20 years. Pretty dismal. Does not pay a dividend or throw any income at ya. If you collect numismatic coins, they usually gig ya when you try selling them by grading them down. I'm not a big fan of coins as an investment vehicle as you can tell. It's a nice hobby though. It seems to me that most people (at least non dealers) that make a bunch of money in coins approach it as a hobby initially. EJ
