Y'all select delegates to the Democratic convention at caucuses in Washington State, so the primary would have been an irrelevancy in 2004.

One of the folks at the Dean Meet-Up here is a resident of Seattle and Bend. He'll be attending his county caucus in the hopes of being selected for the state caucus and eventually the national convention in Boston. He said the process is easy, straight-forward and that anyone can put their name forward. So, Mephisto.......... how would you like to be a Dean delegate in Boston next July? I think you'd be terrific!
