Nope...and if it did you could always go back and recheck whatever you are trying to keep from loading at startup. That's just a caution box letting you know that an item has been removed from startup. As a first step, it's usually recommended that you check under options or preferences within the offending program for a way to keep it from loading but sometimes that option is not available.
