I agree with much of what you say. Advantix is especially problematic for Kodak. I think its slow start precipitated the change of ad agencies.

You're also right about the momentum companies, although actually shorting these high fliers is too risky for me. They have soared on nothing but hype and dreams -- impossible to quantify. Earnings statements seem meaningless to holders of these stocks. They rise against all reason.

In the long run, sure they'll fall. But who has the head to pick the top or the stomach to take the ride higher if they're wrong. It ain't me, babe. I've dabbled in Netscape and AOL and considered myself lucky to have emerged intact.
