the contest to find who that will be... is underway.
it's called the democratic primary.

the one who attracts the most democratic voters wins.

it's not a contest to see who can attract the most
republican voters.

clark might win that one... or maybe lieberman.

but like it or not, anyone who wants, above all else,
to beat the bush machine is going to have to vote for
the democrat. i know how it feels to vote for the lesser
of two evils, i've done it most of my life and i'll be
doing it again... if i voted for the candidate i most
align with philosophically, it would be CMB or possibly DK.

the reason i'm supporting dean is because he's humble,
and flexible enough... and has enough vision... to let
his citizen supporters run the campaign and i'm counting
on him to carry that over into his administration and let
the citizens -- instead of politics and special interests
-- help him run their own country. what a concept. are we
ready for participatory democracy? do we trust the citizens
of the united states enough to give ourselves that kind of
power?

i don't know. but it seems fair to me. we will reap what
we sow.

i can live with that

...or die from it.
