The article sounds like a U.S.-inspired propaganda piece laying the PR groundwork for a Syrian invasion. You do remember the Syrian secret service setting up a USD counterfeit operation , secreted out in some clandestine useless sandy nook in their desert....those Franklyn notes they producedby the tens of millions were so good they passed our own elctronic scanners at the US treasury dept ....the Russians ate a bunch of them ( $50mil or more ) and the greedy French did get stuck with some 10's of millions of them too. They got alot of free military hardware from both of those shining examples of nationhood. Not nice to counterfeit other people's money , but I'm sure it is OK with you. One of the chief reasons our Franklyn note was redone and fortified a while back . Syrian invasion ? I'd rather just dangle carrots , and whale on them with big sticks or brief fatal cans of whoop-ass wheneverthe need arises. A full court press with no ass kissing this rediculous petty useless sorry excuse of a feeble parasitic country. ...did i say no ass-kissing from here on out honey child? regards PS feel free to wake up anytime you like.
