ANNOUNCES CDN$47.6 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL PRIVATE PLACEMENT Nevsun Resources has released a correction to the announcement of the bought-deal private placement as reported in Stockwatch earlier today outlining the terms of the unit. The release should have included: "The underwriters have agreed to buy on a private placement basis seven million units from Nevsun and sell to qualified investors at a price of $6.80 (Canadian) per unit, representing a total amount of issue of $47.6-million (Canadian). Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant with each full warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of $10.00 per common share for a period of five years from closing."
