Honestly, you really believe a Rhodes Scholar that could speak extemporaneously on any subject has a double digit IQ??? I didn't care for Clinton but I wouldn't question his intellect. Bush is the dumbest president we've ever had. Republican party strategy is that voters are dumb and so we need a dumb president that can dumb down things to the level of the typical rudimentary voter. Wow! That's a truly inspirational theme for the future.
