The vast majority of Dems are not for Dean now.
Some 41% undecided and some 43% for other candidates.
Dean has 16% support. That is the far left, at least 90% of it is. He's staked it out all right, but that's not going to help him win over the more moderate majority. They're going to be very troubled. They are already beginning to be if you know what's happening. The Dems will need a compromise candidate. The un-Dean who is acceptable to Deanies as a second choice. DEan may evem get the VP slot if he plays it smart and doesn't make too much trouble for himself. AGain, I think the door is wide open for Gore to walk in and be embraced by 90% of dems.
