To All: I listened to the conference call (888-243-0811) and talked to the CFO Mike Mele (I also bought 600 shs at 9 11/16 today.). The 2 clients are large telecommunications companies that are merging subject to regulatory approval. They provided 4 mill of revenue per year combined and ASIS expects to get the business from the combined company after the merger. The company has set up an advanced center for the future and hired some extra workers for future contracts. One of these slipped from June to August but will be completed earlier than previously thought so revenues later this year should be very good with infrastructure to support growth in place. This is a temporary setback (if planning for long term growth and setting up the required infrastructure is considered a setback) and I expect this thinly traded issue to base quickly and move higher. I suggest you listen to the toll free conference call.
