I don't agree. First of all, Dean would seem pretty unstoppable now. But if there were a deadlock, I would bet that Hillary would be the choice, not Gore. And she would have an excellent chance of beating W, perhaps even a better chance than Dean. And it would fun watching all the wingers writhing in agony over a woman running for President, that would be fun.
