<<Children in developed countries have two-salary parents and we don't go there and tell the women to stay home with their kids because this is good for thrm. We don't dont do that because we know that their affluence is bcecause both parents work. Neither we don't want to look to advance our case by putting te burden in someone else.>>

It's not good for children for their mother to stay home if she's unhappy at home. Instead the father can stay home in that case, if possible. It's not written in stone that only mothers can care for children. Many men are far better at nurturing than the mother. In those cases it's better for father to tend to family while the mother pursues a career. This is something the couple should settle before starting a family. In those cases where both parents must work full-time, it's wise to limit size of family & find the absolute best care for those one or two children. The ideal would be a grandparent or other relative but that's not always possible.
