ITSI reported a nominal $12,000 profit(Nil cents per share) on $4 mil revenues vs about the same in the 2nd QTR of 1996. However, this is a dramatic improvement iover the immediate prior qtr(1st QTR 97) when IISI lost $1.6 million (9 Cent loss) on $2.4 million in revenues. The company said in its release (see web page ilts.com ) that the 3rd QTR may be lower than the 2nd QTR but that longer term, the trend is up based on new business prospects and rising backlog.

Apparently, some traders bought the stock anticipating better results and sold off today as the stock traded down on higher volume. We could again look to buy more shares at a bargain level and get set for the next rally.

The president, in the conference call, remarked that signifivcant opportunities lie in South Africa where ITSI has worked with the government to ghet approved a national lottery, more orders from Philippines and other places round the world. Company also said that the NY Tollway project terminals were approved and would be delivered.
