I agree with you. I also agree with mph - it is a matter of choice, which it should be.

I brought this up as a simple observation. I was fortunate to stay at home and raise my children, who do not look down on me for choosing this rather than getting a job. I was also able to help my husband considerably - another aspect no one considers when looking at the employment issue.

No woman should be denigrated for staying home to raise her children nor for getting a job.
