What intraday chart are you looking at? There was an increase in volume toward the end of the day and one large order (about 20% of the total volume), but the price fluctuation was minimal (1/4) all afternoon. How does this indicate a "lot of selling?" Wouldn't a "lot of selling" drive the price down? I guess you must be short this issue... If you don't like its prospects, don't buy it. If you are already long, then tough luck. If you are short, then I hope you lose your shirt (nothing personal, but you'd have to lose your shirt for me to break even).
