There is no war on terror as Bush keeps disinforming Americans. There are terrorist incidents, sure. But you cannot fight a "war" against terror or against poorly armed populations. You can catch criminals. Or much more likely, you can kill a whole lot of innocent victims. But please spare us the histrionics. Israel is not at war. Israel is the victim of its own arrogance, disrespect for its neighbors, its rapaciousness and its enduring myths of superiority and willingness to engage in gross episode of self-deceit. That is a fair description of what must be the most neurotic nation on the planet. It's not a description of war.
