Ok, now I get what a * means, but generally the quotes you are seeing are not aftermarket (which would be different exchange and different system,) but just some trades that got recorded after the close, but actually took place during the day. If you want to check whether you really have aftermarket, ask for a quote on amat, because I know that it closed at about 90 1/4, and traded at 92 in the aftermarket.
