Here's the latest from The Tennessee Investor;
"Reported 2Q earnings of 1 cent vs a 2 cent loss, which was its first profit in a non-December quarter in quite a while. Later the company announced that it was conducting a tender offer for all of its $100 million 8.37% senior notes due in 2001. Also the company signed a five year $900 million bank facility to replace its existing bank line, and other obligations. Stock is rated a buy at current levels in anticipation of a turnaround which we believe is already in place. Morgan Keenan upgrades from hold to ok to buy"
