Going to our place in Colorado in a week or so. Will spend Christmas there. Break in tradition for us, going away for Christmas. Not much family left after the deaths this past year so the wife said lets head that way.
Not sure you saw my previous post on the Porch here, but it's going to be a special Christmas for us. We're taking two teenagers that have never been to Colorado, never seen that much snow, never skied, and in fact, they've never been on a plane. We're paying their way. They don't have any money. They are so excited. Hey, they just thought they knew what cold was.... hee, hee, hee.
One is our oldest son's girlfriend (and probably our future daughter-in-law) and the other is one of the youngest's buddies. Nice kid. 4.0 gpa, but with a wild streak. He'll be a quick learn and a monster on the slopes, like you. We're going to get them lessons and fix'em up!
That's our Christmas. Watching our boys and their friends having fun!
