Hello Bonnie: Thanks for your response. I guess I'll have to call the company again and ask for a packet. Quite a dramatic price drop today. I don't see any filings or news releases that could have caused this. Anyone hear anything? Several days ago I speculated that the approx. 7 million shares which were added between the last 10Q and time this thread was started may have been from the acquisition of the Bass Petroleum. Seems I was wrong. A fax I got while on vacation a few weeks ago (I didn't even realize I had gotten it until a few days ago) says that in Jan 97 the company acquired Bass Petroleum for 3,000,000 common shares. I was just perusing the web site ERHC set up, and a press release from April 4 says Bass was acquired for 1,150,000 shares. I'm still trying to get a handle on where all the shares out there came from. regards, Mike
