I am extremely skeptical of electronic voting machines that leave no paper audit trail, and always have been. Over the years, the notoriously corrupt Daly machine from Chicago has stolen plenty of elections for the democrats, and that was with paper ballots that could be re-counted. They had to cast votes for real, actual gravestones, not cyber bytes and bits. They almost stole it in 2000 for Gore using paper; Gore's campaign was even being headed up by one of them!! Just imagine how many elections the Dalys could steal if there wasn't even a paper trail...
